Community Living in NEPA

Residential
The Human Resources Center presently provides licensed community living arrangement services to adults within Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Wayne, Carbon, Monroe, and Pike counties in northeastern Pennsylvania. All homes offer:

  • Trained agency staff available and on-site 24/7
  • Individualized service planning
  • Assisted daily living 
  • Coordination of medical services
  • Transportation as needed
  • Supported involvement in community integrated activities

Family-style   Communal Living

Community Homes function just like any other family unit! Residents at HRC's Community Homes live in a highly supportive environment that emphasizes the importance of work, attendance at day program, involvement in the community, skill-building, and even recreation.
