Incorporates social, recreational, and volunteer opportunities while helping individuals achieve their employment goals.
Our Day Program operates based on the needs of the individual as we strive to customize our services to support each person in his or her own unique way.

Programs run Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Schedules can be tailored from one day a week, the full five days, or anywhere in between. You can choose to receive Community Participation Supports (CPS) in a combination of settings which include:

Transportation Available!
We offer transportation throughout our service areas, including door-to-door when available.

The first step is to reach out to an HRC staff member. Let us talk you through what we have to offer and our current program/service availability. We'll also discuss what the referral process looks like!
If you have a Supports Coordinator at your local county office, that person should be involved as he or she can support you with your individual service plan and funding to receive Community Participation Supports (CPS).
The next step is to schedule an in-person tour of the facility (or facilities) depending on your program or service interests.
