HBW Direct Care DSP

Human Resources Center, Inc. (HRC) is seeking self-motivated and compassionate Home-Based Direct Care Service Providers to provide Home and Community Habilitation, Temp Respite, and Transportation services to individuals in Wayne, Pike Carbon, Monroe, Lackawanna, and Susquehanna counties.
The Department covers Carbon County (Jim Thorpe, Albrightsville, etc.), Monroe County (Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, etc.), Pike County (Milford, Matamoras, Dingmans Ferry, etc.), Wayne County (Honesdale, Hawley, Waymart, etc.), Lackawanna County (Scranton, etc.), and Susquehanna County (Clifford Twp, etc.).
The provider will assist the individual with developing healthy habits and social skills. Experience with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnosis is strongly preferred.
There are several positions open with varying hours: part-time and full-time.
Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

High School diploma or equivalent

Eligible to work in the United States

Consent to and satisfactorily pass pre-employment background checks, reference checks, and physical exams.

Possess a valid driver’s license.

Agree to carry out the responsibilities associated with individuals’ needs based on the Individual Support Plan (ISP), or other individual plans and company policies

3rd Shift - Part Time
Summary:
We're seeking a dedicated Residential Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining our residents' safe and nurturing environment. Your primary responsibility will be to offer personalized support tailored to the unique needs and preferences of those under our care to foster independence, integration, and an enhanced quality of life. Please note that this position requires travel or transportation.

Schedule: Friday and Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Position Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need to meet the following criteria:

An Associate Degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED (experience preferred).

Possession of a valid PA Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Preferred age of 21 years or older.

Clearances: PA Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, and Federal Background Check with acceptable results.
-
Completion of a physical examination by an agency-approved physician with satisfactory results.

Successful completion of Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR, CPI, CPS, and any other assigned training within an acceptable time frame or as scheduled.

Adult Training Facility Program Specialist (ATF PS)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities? The Human Resources Center, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Adult Training Facility Program Specialist (ATF PS) to oversee our Adult Training Program and ensure the safety, welfare, and high-quality delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage services for up to 30 individuals.

Develop, implement, and review Individual Support Plans (ISPs).

Supervise direct support staff and ensure compliance with policies.

Coordinate community activities and volunteer opportunities.
Qualifications:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1-2 years of experience.

Valid PA Driver’s License.

Must be 21 or older with required clearances and training.
Job Details:

Full-time | $19.71/hour | 40 hours per week.
